Seasonal Key Holder – Role Overview
As a Seasonal Key Holder at Topdrawer, you are a frontline leader who helps bring our brand to life during the busiest and most exciting time of the year. From November through mid-January, you will support exceptional customer experiences, maintain visual standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations during the holiday season. You will take ownership of opening and closing responsibilities, support the team through peak traffic, and create a welcoming environment that reflects the spirit of Topdrawer.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about creativity and customer service who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Please note : Seasonal employees must be available to work throughout the duration of the holiday season (November – mid-January). Requests for time off during this period cannot be accommodated.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Community
Deliver a warm, personalized customer experience during peak holiday shopping periods
Share product knowledge and storytelling to inspire thoughtful, intentional purchases
Support the team in building lasting connections with new and returning customers
Team Support & Leadership
Lead by example on the sales floor, modeling service standards and energy
Assist with onboarding seasonal associates and mentoring team members
Foster a supportive, collaborative environment during high-volume days
Store Operations & Merchandising
Perform opening and closing responsibilities with accuracy and reliability
Assist with holiday inventory receiving, stocking, and floor replenishment
Maintain visual standards that showcase Topdrawer’s curated assortment
Sales & Business Support
Contribute to daily sales goals, conversion, and AOV
Help ensure store cleanliness, presentation, and readiness at all times
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
You Are
An experienced retail associate or key holder (2+ years preferred)
Reliable and committed to working through the full holiday season
Warm, dependable, and energized by building customer relationships
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about creativity, design, and intentional living
