- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Utilize advanced medical equipment and monitor vital signs to assess patient conditions.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians.- Educate and support families regarding the care and progress of their newborns.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the CERNER charting system.- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.- Wear scrubs of any color as per dress code guidelines.
