There will be several food offerings ranging from more paired back seasonal fare to a more formal restaurant all the way to a chef’s table concept with all food coming from a truly exciting chef with a stellar Michelin background.
Plans to grow considerable events offerings catering for corporate events, weddings and everything in-between with opportunities to add your vision to these ambitious plans!
Responsibilities
- Lead the hospitality arm in this 10,000 acre vineyard
- Manage numerous hospitality divisions, including 3 restaurants
- Collaborate with a renowned Michelin star chef and his stable team
- Oversee extensive hospitality plans which will grow under your leadership
- Work autonomously with numerous senior direct reports
Qualifications
You’ll be an experienced operator with a strong background of running multi-faceted businesses. You’ll be a mature leader and know when to be hands-off and when to step in.
You’ll be passionate about the best food, drink, and hospitality. Ideally, you’ll have experience of openings and management of critical pathways but it’s not essential.
You’ll be in charge of all aspects of the hospitality offering, working closely with the existing team in the winery and growing the hospitality team to manage events and the food & beverage offering.

This business will open very gradually, beginning with a soft launch at the end of this year with a plan to launch fully by Spring, providing you with a real opportunity to fine-tune and master this whole operation.
