This is an on call hourly position . Pay rate will vary based on Job requirements.

OSHA 10 Certification

Construction General Labor essential job function may include, but are not limited to :

• Wipe down cabinets, vacuum, dust, mop, sweep and perform other indoor cleaning tasks as needed.
• Floor stripping and refinishing
• Carpet extraction
• May perform physically demanding tasks, such as standing, bending, lifting of 50+ pounds, and twisting.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in all tasks
• Use a variety of tools and equipment
• Complies with all safety policies and procedures, including utilizing proper safety equipment.
• Must be able to manage their own time and finish jobs efficiently as well as completely.
• A general laborer for post construction cleanup must be able to receive directions, start a project and follow the project through to completion without extra supervision.
• Needs own transportation.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; push, pull, use hands to finger, handle, or feel;

reach with hands and arms; and talk. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision.
