UNFI of Prescott, Wisconsin, located 24 miles southeast of St. Paul, MN, is hiring for experienced and entry level warehouse associates to join our team.

In this fast-paced role, you are the boots on the ground and responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling customer orders within the warehouse. This role requires strategic thinking and attention to detail while palletizing orders and ensuring they are placed in the correct assigned locations. You will operate motorized equipment including Electric Pallet Jacks while ensuring that you safely and accurately move product within the warehouse. Job Overview :

A Warehouse Worker uses a power pallet jack to navigate the warehouse to pick orders utilizing a vocollect headset system. You will be responsible for safely and accurately pulling and gathering orders of goods in our warehouse. Additionally, an Order Selector will palletize the orders, shrink wrap the pallets, and place them in the assigned locations.

Pay :

• Starting wage is $22.75 / hour with a pay increase to $24.50 / hr upon 2 consecutive weeks of hitting productivity
• $1.25 / hr for 2nd Shift
• $2.00 / hr for Weekends
• $2.00 / hr for Freezer environment (if applicable)

Actual Pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, training, and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements. Sales Positions Only : For sales positions that are commission-based, the above range is an estimate of total potential commission-based compensation during an associate's first year, but UNFI offers an introductory period minimum of $680 per week. After the introductory period, as a 100% commission-based role, there is no set salary. UNFI's commission plans are uncapped and average earnings vary depending on territory and sales achieved, among other factors.
