Unit Details :

Join a Med-Surg / Telemetry unit caring for cardiac, pulmonary, pain, GI, infection, and unmanaged DM patients. Units are supported by PCTs who handle vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKGs, and ADLs. An in-house phlebotomy team handles all peripheral lab draws; nurses manage PICC lines and central lines. Nurses may be required to float within scope to ed boarders, stable ICU, Med-Surg, or acute brain injury units as needed.
