Location : Las Vegas, Nevada | Contract to Hire | Full onsite (Contract)

Job Description

An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will lead a dedicated team of 4–5 professionals, managing multiple projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of projects across all phases of work.
Organize a detailed work plan for each project assignment.
Oversee project schedules and internal hourly budgets.
Coordinate and manage technical and administrative staff assigned to projects.
Ensure technical accuracy of documents, specifications, and reports prepared for the project.
Manage and coordinate contracted engineers and consultants.
Report the status of all project aspects to the Principal-in-charge.
Keep clients informed of project status.
Solve budgetary, constructability, and technical problems on projects.
Execute drafting tasks on an as-needed basis.

Essential Skills

Project management experience.

Proficiency in Revit.

Experience working as a Project Manager.

Experience in commercial or public works projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Architectural design expertise.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of architectural experience.

4+ years of experience as a Project Manager.

Experience with clients and understanding of Owner / Client priority.

Comfortable leading a team.

Experience taking projects from start to finish.

License not required but a bonus.

Work Environment

Our office consists of 18 people in an open format, providing a collaborative work environment. The schedule is Monday to Thursday 7 : 30 AM–5 : 30 PM, Friday 7 : 30 AM–11 : 30 AM. We offer 3 weeks of PTO, quarterly events, and periodic catered lunches. We value work-life balance and rarely require overtime.

Job Type & Location

Contract to Hire, based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Pay & Benefits

Hourly : $45.00–$51.00 / hr.
