Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges.

Team Leadership and Coordination :

Assemble and lead a multidisciplinary project team, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting effective communication among team members.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities while providing guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Execution and Monitoring :

Oversee the day-to-day project activities, ensuring progress according to the established timeline.Monitor project budgets and expenses, taking corrective actions as needed to stay within financial limits.

Identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues that may arise during the project's execution.

Quality Control and Risk Management :

Implement robust quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans to minimize their impact on project outcomes.

Client Communication and Relationship Management :

Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to provide updates and address concerns.

Nurture positive and lasting relationships with clients, focusing on their satisfaction and expectations.

Project Documentation and Reporting :

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project closures.Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, communicating project milestones, risks, and achievements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record in managing commercial projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Demonstrated understanding of commercial project lifecycles, regulations, and industry best practices.
