Project Execution and Monitoring :
Oversee the day-to-day project activities, ensuring progress according to the established timeline.Monitor project budgets and expenses, taking corrective actions as needed to stay within financial limits.
Identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues that may arise during the project's execution.
Quality Control and Risk Management :

Client Communication and Relationship Management :
Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to provide updates and address concerns.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record in managing commercial projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Demonstrated understanding of commercial project lifecycles, regulations, and industry best practices.
