Modern Heating and Air in Milford, CT is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher . We pay $18 - $23.

50 per hour , depending on experience, and provide great benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with profit sharing, holiday pay, vacation pay, company-provided uniforms, training and development programs, and a great work environment with steady work and an existing customer base .

The schedule is full-time Mon - Fri 8 am - 5 pm.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer inbound phone calls, emails, & texts
• Make outbound phone calls as needed to existing customers ONLY
• Schedule and coordinate all service calls / follow-up appointments as calls are received
• Maintain dispatch board for service techs using ServiceTitan software
• Manage customer membership plans
• Enter customer information quickly and accurately
• Track recommendations for the service department and make follow-up calls
• Answer phones for all departments

QUALIFICATIONS

• HVAC office experience and ServiceTitan experience are a plus!
• Experience with customer service, ability to be patient, and polite phone etiquette.
• Computer skills
• Organized and motivated with a positive attitude
• The ability to stay on task and be reliable is a must
