About The Position
Job Title : Occupational Therapist Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday to Friday Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : New graduates are welcome.
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities is preferred. License : State license verification is required. Certifications : None specified.
Must-Have : - Completion of a prescreen form - Resume and license verification attached - Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior Job Description : Conduct occupational therapy assessments and plan individualized treatment programs for patients.
- Implement therapeutic programs to assist with rehabilitation and improve patients' quality of life.- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct regular evaluations of patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.- Ensure accurate documentation of patient progress and therapy services in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Engage with patients and their families to educate them about the therapy process and expected outcomes.- Stay current with professional developments in the field of occupational therapy through continued education and training.
