Job Description
You will be the Configuration and Data Control Manager on our team developing state of the art infrared systems, taking a leadership role in refining, documenting, and communicating effective change control processes. .
Programs range from R&D to Production.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Configuration and Data Control Manager, you will work with a cross function team from Engineering, Quality, Production, and Support functions to analyze proposed engineering changes and coordinate modification records for data management control.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Establish change orders and prepares for change authorization.
- Chairs Change Control Board and Process Change Screening Board, managing documentation and records.
- Ensures that customer requirements are implemented and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with Configuration management policies.
- Increase efficiency and effectiveness by developing and directing implementation of improved processes and methods to meet stakeholder and business needs.
