Warehouse Cargo Agent/Forklift

Order Type : Temp To Full-Time

We are looking for an immediate long-term contract opening for a Cargo Warehouse / Forklift Operator in Atlanta,GA for our client in a Cargo facility.

We are looking for ambitious & detail-oriented individuals to perform faced paced warehouse cargo work, under supervision.

Responsibilities :

• Load and unload cargo on aircraft / Trucks
• Performs duties on the runway / warehouse based on the needs of the client you are assigned
• Operate Forklift
• Tie Down Pallets
• Build Pallets
• Connect and operate ground support equipment
• Communicate effectively with all teammates and other runway personnel

Minimum Essential Functions :

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Frequently moves cargo in the warehouse weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the warehouse and office to access cargo shipments and airwaybills.

Work Environment :

• Sometimes exposed to very hot or very cold temperatures.
• Occasionally work in extremely bright or dim lighting conditions.
• Workspaces may not be temperature-controlled.
• Work near / share same workspace with others.
• Often work indoors but may sometimes work outdoors.

Requirements :

Education : GED / High School desired Experience

Shift hours :

Operation-Monday to Sunday

6 AM to 2 : 30 PM

10 AM to 6 : 30 PM

2 PM to 10 : 30 PM

6 PM to 2 : 30 AM

10 PM to 6 : 30 AM

Need to be flexible working different shifts
