Key Responsibilities :

• Provide day-to-day finance support using QuickBooks, including :
• Creating accounts receivable (AR) invoices
• Recording and paying vendor invoices
• Analyzing and coding credit card charges
• Manage sales and use tax filings across multiple states.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including :
• Journal entries
• Account reconciliations (e.g., prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and accrued expenses schedules)
• Reconcile bank accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of consolidating monthly financial statements.
• Support external audit requests as needed.
• Handle ad hoc requests to support consolidated management reporting.
• Work with Corporate finance team on strategic analysis of key business initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong ability to create, analyze, and interpret financial reports.
• Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Advanced Level Excel and ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
