job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAct as Project Lead / Lead technical writer for documentation for Wireless BU products and for major updates to established products. Manage project schedule from inception to completion. Attend meetings with engineers and BU product managers where technical requirements and content will be established. Working with other team members, analyze and organize complex subject matter and transform it into easy-to-understand information for intended audiences. Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology. Create, maintain, and provide internal knowledge transfer on RU / CU / DU / CUPS and RAN / vRAN / ORAN technologies. Utilize various software and authoring tools to produce customer facing technical documentation. Ensure Client documentation development process guidelines are followed at all times. BS or MS in Engineering or technical degree or an equivalent combination of highly related experience and education. Minimum of 5-10 years of technical writing experience, preferably in the wireless industry. 5G ORAN / vRAN split functions (7-2x, RU, DU, CU, CUPS), RAN / vRAN software architectures in a virtualized environment. Software systems / services running virtualized ORAN functions. RF Radio operations over eCPRI interfaces. Virtualized networks, orchestration, and automation across a large network architecture. vRAN / ORAN architecture described in 3GPP standards (Rel 15 & 16). Experience working with technical writing software (XML and DITA framework preferred). Wireless industry background is a must. Hands on Technical writing.
Pay $32.50 - $37.50 / hour

He / she will be primarily responsible for leading the effort to implement minor / major updates to documentation for Client hardware, software wireless products following established guidelines and processes.
