Position Overview

Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales professional with a passion for tech? As a Small Business Account Executive at Signals, you’ll be a key player in driving our growth and building strong relationships with small business clients.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for technology and sales.

What it Takes to Get The Job Done

  • Prospect and Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Sales Presentations : Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiation and Closing : Manage contract negotiations and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on strategy and improve product offerings based on client feedback.
  • Pipeline Management : Know how to build, organize and maintain a health Sales Pipeline

What You Bring to the Team

  • Experience : 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of top performance in sales roles.
  • Skills : Strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to design and execute individual-client approaches.
  • Technical Aptitude : Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate complex technological solutions.
  • Problem-Solving : Demonstrated ability to independently overcome obstacles and drive results. Experience identifying blockers and proposing solutions.
  • OnSite : Must be willing to be in office each day
  • Coachable : Have the ability, and desire to take and implement feedback
  • Hunter Mentality : You have experience and desire to sell and bring in new logos
  • Competitive Team Player : You strike the right balance between having that competitive edge, and being a true team player
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
