Are you a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse with a passion for both Medical / Surgical and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing?

We’re looking for an experienced Travel Med / Surg RN to join our dynamic team in Clearlake, CA. Embrace the opportunity to work in a vibrant community with some float to ICU units!

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality patient care in both Med / Surg and ICU settings.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and manage IV lines.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Float between Med / Surg and ICU units as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and discharge instructions.

Requirements :

• Current California RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of Med / Surg experience; ICU experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to various clinical settings and manage diverse patient needs.
