What you'll do :
- Follow the instructions of the BCBA / program supervisor
- Provide behavior assistance / interventions to assigned clients
- Provide behavior support services
- Provide crisis intervention
- Implement behavior plans
- Document sessions per policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned / necessary
You’ll Be Supported by
- A team of BCBA’s and RBT supervisors
- Scheduled meet-and-greet with families after admission to ensure the best fit.
- A close knit environment focused on learning and developing your skills in ABA.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Passionate about working with children
- Playful, friendly, sociable, and quick on your feet
- Available at least 25 hours per week
- RBT Certified
- Preferred Qualifications* one of the following educational requirements :
- Currently enrolled in college
- Completed at least 2 years of college (current enrollment not required)
- Bachelor's Degree

- Technician may be eligible to accrue BCBA, BCaBA, MFT, or Psychologist supervision hours under the direct supervision of one of our licensed or certified staff
