đź’Ľ Job Description

North Memorial Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support our Fridley Clinic team. This role focuses on efficient patient flow and clinical support for providers across all age groups—from infants to geriatrics. Your role will include :

  • Rooming patients, administering immunizations / injections, and assisting with labs
  • Communicating with providers and assisting with prescription refills
  • Front desk and clinic support, including prior authorizations
  • Optional : X-ray (if certified) and phlebotomy
  • Working closely with providers, nurses, and clinic leadership

    âś… Education :

  • High school diploma or GED – Required
  • Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES-accredited MA program – Required

    • âś… Experience :

  • Previous clinical setting experience – Required
  • Internal Medicine experience – Required
  • EMR : Epic experience – Required
  • Prior auth / inbox experience – Required

    • âś… Certifications :

  • Current BLS Certification – Required
  • X-ray operator exam – Passed or willing to obtain (if applicable)
