To support our growth in Eastern Europe zone,we are looking for two : Project Managers - M / F
Location : Tirana, Albania
As part of this position, you will join the "Eastern Europe" zone of the International Division (DI) of SuezConsulting. The DI has a turnover of €40M, achieved on projects in Europe, theBalkans, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific.
Most of the projectsare carried out in conjunction with international donors (AFD, WB, ADB, BAD,EU, EIB, etc.) , for which our teams work on essential services engineering : water, waste, roads, railways , etc.
in developing and emerging countries.
In this position, you will :
- Manage several projects at the same time , including accounting and financial management.
- Take the responsibility for the contractual and administrative aspects.
- Maintain contact with a Team Leader based in the country of the project and report to the Director of the "Eastern Europe" zone.
You will benefit from the methodological support of the PMO (Project Management Office) and experienced project managers.
- Coordinate and manage contracts with your partners (local or international consultancies) to ensure that projects are successfully completed.
- Contribute your expertise to certain projects, depending on your speciality.
- Represent the company to our clients in the country concerned.
You will report to the Project Director, Country Manager and Regional Director .
VOTRE PROFIL
You have a Master's degree (engineering schoolor university Master's degree).
You have at least 5 years' experience in themanagement of projects financed by international donors.
You have technical skills in Suez Consulting's specialist areas (water, wastewater, railways ..).
You have good interpersonal skills.
You have a strong teamspirit ; but you are also able to be autonomous and organised . You are rigorousand responsive. You have good writing skills.
You have the ability to establishand maintain close contact with customers.
You have excellent written and verbalcommunication skills in Albanese and English.
