• At least 3 weeks per month clinic and rotating hospital call
• 15 patients per day 3 new patients daily
• Split clinical focus 80% oncology, 20% hematology
• Light, manageable inpatient census
• Adult patients only inpatient and outpatient
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
