Responsibilities :

• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and relevant laws.
• Actively participate in risk assessments and incident investigations, contributing to root cause analyses and supporting corrective actions.
• Engage in safety observation programs and foster a team-oriented attitude within the department and plant.
• Review, clarify, and process work orders, including the origination of emergency work orders as necessary.
• Strictly comply with Lockout / Tagout (LO / TO) policy.
• Utilize computer systems to source required parts for repairs and maintain comprehensive written documentation of work performed.
• Complete preventive maintenance (PM) tasks safely and procedurally.
• Troubleshoot and repair distribution equipment, including transformers, motors, breakers; locate electrical trouble areas using proper test equipment;

replace generators, motors, controllers; test, energize, and repair various circuits; proficient in testing, troubleshooting, changing, and programming PLCs(siemens) or drives.

Job Requirements :

• Experience troubleshooting 480v
• Hydraulic and pneumatic rebuilds
• Mechanical expeirence
