About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist (PT) Job Specialty : Outpatient Physical Therapy Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Day - 5x8, 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Guaranteed Hours : 40 Hours per Week Experience : Not specified License : PT License Required Certifications : BLS Required Must-Have : COVID and Flu Vaccines Job Description : Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments for patients in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to establish and implement effective therapy plans.- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and exercises to continue at home.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Utilize available resources to deliver cost-effective care in a rehabilitative environment.- Free shared housing available;
no guests or pets permitted.- Reliable transportation is required.
