Position Overview
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Bilingual (Vietnamese or Spanish) Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member.
Insurance experience not required we will train the right person with the right skill set.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Requirements :
- Bilingual Vietnamese and / or Spanish (required)
- Prior State Farm experience a plus!

- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
