General Manager

Salary / Hourly Rate :
$120k $150k plus Bonus
Position Overview :
The General Manager will work on strategy and operations of the assigned portfolio.
Responsibilities of the General Manager :
- Maintain positive tenant relations.
- Maintain vendor partnerships.
- Create and update annual budgets and staffing plans.
- Conduct any hiring for the team.
- Monitor occupancy, leasing rates, and financial variances.
- Attend and conduct required meetings, including budget discussions and financial statement reviews.
Qualifications for the General Manager :
- 5 7+ years of related commercial property management experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Education Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
