THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and confident SaaS Commercial Sales Director to work with the sales team across the sales cycle including contract review and negotiation for the Americas region, the key for the role is to help the regional teams sell SaaS and make selling SaaS easier & better.

OPPORTUNITIES

  • You will drive growth in the Americas SaaS business though the achievement of sales targets and strategic goals.
  • You will develop SaaS sales strategies and drive go to market for SaaS that will enable revenue growth for the region.
  • You will work with the team on sales pricing and contractual framework that enable sales teams to close, whilst maintaining commercial / legal risk, unit profitability, and customer value.
  • You will work cross-functionally with the leadership to develop and implement business strategies and selling models including distribution models through partners.
  • You will work with the sales and product management teams to identify and assess Cloud market opportunities as well as supporting regional sales teams in execution of Temenos’s complex and strategic opportunities whilst remaining a function for required escalations to assist in closing deals.

Skills

  • You should have substantial experience of Governance, Regulatory Compliance requirements and Contract.
  • You should have the ability to drive and assist the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute their go-to-market campaigns around new cloud propositions.
  • You should have an executive level influence to gain organizational support for any necessary change.
  • You should have the ability to develop and implement field sales training and enablement of Cloud / SaaS selling strategies to expand the effectiveness of the Sales teams.
  • You should be commercially focused and have a track record in achieving Sales numbers and driving revenue.
