Contract Administration Services

Full time Required to be in-office every Monday

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Construction Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects by overseeing and managing all aspects of contract administration.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction contracts and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Contract Management :
  • Review, analyze, and interpret construction contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications and legal requirements.
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage contract documents, including change orders, submittals, and correspondence.
  • Monitor contract performance, deadlines, and milestones, and proactively address any deviations or issues.
  • Communication and Collaboration :
  • Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders regarding contract-related matters.
  • Foster effective communication between all parties involved in the project, ensuring alignment with contract terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, legal teams, and finance departments to resolve contract-related disputes and issues.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges within contracts and propose solutions to mitigate these risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of contract changes and negotiations to protect the company’s interests.
  • Compliance and Documentation :
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintain thorough and organized contract documentation, including records of payments, approvals, and correspondence.
  • Reporting :
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on contract status, and potential issues for senior management.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in construction contract administration or a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, legal terminology, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant construction laws and regulations is a plus.

Salary : $36 $48 per hour depending on background, skills and experience.
