Location : Remote - Must go onsite the first day to pick up your equipment at one of the following locations : Renton, Spokane, Tacoma, Silverdale, or Bellevue, WA.
The positions will be 100% remote after picking up your equipment

Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Handle 40+ calls per day
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
