Leading Freight Forwarder / NVOCC / Customs House Broker / Tank Container Operator, with locations in 24 countries and over 3300 employees strong is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager to be based out of its Houston, TX Office.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To :
- Develop and implement account plans for key accounts
- Develop the budget of the key accounts at regional level maintaining a healthy pipeline
- Ensure good contractual performance of key accounts
- Identify growth opportunities, ensure alignment of key accounts with regional strategy
- Be the commercial liaison with the customer and its primary contact
- Gather customer and market information to define customer strategies
- Work on regional client initiatives and the implementation of the regional account plan
- Collect relevant information about sourcing events (tender / RFP)
- Support implementation team in preparing SOPs and SLAs
- Review, develop and ensure current customer SOPS and SLAs
- Drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Lead negotiation of contracts in cooperation with relevant department
- Negotiate pricing agreements based on Authority Matrix
- Provide service requirements based on direct customer feedback to assist in vendor qualification and selection
- Provide commercial feedback for pricing / rate negotiation with vendors
- Maintain and provide statistical data and designated KPI performance to both customers and Leschaco management.
- Complete administrative functions in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of expertise and knowledge of products and services

Requirements :
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales in the logistics industry
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or related field is a plus
- Must exemplify professionalism and leadership qualities with strong organizational and time management skills
- Must possess strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Sales CRM
- Must have a valid driver's license, a dependable automobile and acceptable motor vehicle record
