Responsibilities
- Earn $20.00 / HR! Weekends Off! Business Casual Dress Code!
- Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM start time, 8-hour shifts
- Office Manager Providing administrative support in a professional setting
- Manage office operations, implement administrative systems, and maintain policies
- Work closely with the Plant Manager and facility leadership team
- Provide high-quality customer service, resolving product / service issues
- Process New Hires : applications, interviews, drug screens, and I-9 verifications
- Maintain confidential records, personnel files, and manage worker’s compensation claims
- Oversee local A / P and A / R processes, ensuring accurate invoicing and vendor payments
- Enforce company policies, safety rules, and complete operational reports
Requirements
- 4-6 months of administrative experience
- Must be 20 years of age or older
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, Physical, and comprehensive Background Check
