Your Role : Salon Director = Sales Manager
As a Salon Director , your #1 priority is driving sales and revenue by leading your team to deliver outstanding client experiences. You are a hands-on sales leader , coach, and motivator who builds a high-performing team focused on hitting and exceeding company goals.
This is not just a management position its a sales-focused leadership role where your impact will be measured by team sales performance, membership growth, product upsells, and client retention.
Key Responsibilities :
SALES LEADERSHIP & PERFORMANCE
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and inspire your team to crush themDrive salon revenue by coaching team members in consultative selling, cross-selling, and client engagementMonitor key sales metrics, identify trends, and implement strategic action plansUse financial and operational reports to identify performance opportunities and make data-driven decisionsLead from the front by modeling top-tier sales and service behaviorTEAM MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales teamConduct regular performance reviews, give real-time coaching, and hold team members accountableFoster a results-driven, client-first cultureEnsure staffing levels support both sales goals and operational needsCLIENT EXPERIENCE & OPERATIONS
Ensure every client receives exceptional service, personalized product recommendations, and feels welcomed and valuedHandle client concerns quickly, maintaining high satisfaction and loyaltyOversee daily salon operations, including cleanliness, safety, and overall brand presentationWhat We're Looking For :
Sales experience is a MUST retail, service, or membership-based sales preferredPrior leadership / management experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and team-building skillsAnalytical mindset able to read reports, spot trends, and act on dataOrganized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesComputer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)College education preferred, but not requiredWhat You Can Expect :
