Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze financial data, including profit / loss and loss ratios, and present findings to senior management.
- Develop financial forecasts and participate in strategic planning.
- Ensure data accuracy by collaborating with the analytics team and using business intelligence tools.
- Conduct trend analysis to identify risk reduction opportunities.
- Support the management of incentive programs and create financial models to aid strategic decisions.
- Offer financial insights to various business units to help achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain adherence to company policies and core values to ensure compliance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with at least 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for interpreting complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
