About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Education Program Coordinator to join our team and make a significant impact on the Education Program at Odoo , with a primary focus on the North American market.
As a pivotal member of the Education Program, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement strategies that will enhance Odoo's educational initiatives.

Responsibilities :
- Promote the Odoo Education Program to teachers and schools through various channels, such as mass mailing campaigns, social media ads, Education Fairs, and conference presentations
- Expand program outreach by prospecting education networks, universities, and schools
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with teachers, serving as their primary point of contact and empowering them to become enthusiastic advocates and ambassadors of the Odoo software within their educational communities
- Manage the Scale-Up card game , a crucial component of our education program, by orchestrating promotional activities, coordinating with internal teams, overseeing inventory, and ensuring smooth delivery to educational institutions
Must-Have :
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for persuasive messaging
- Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in utilizing various communication channels and tools, including mass mailing platforms, social media, and public speaking engagements
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Highly creative and innovative with a curiosity for continuous learning
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Flexibility regarding job location : While primarily based in our San Francisco office, this role will involve occasional travel
Nice to Have :
- Proven track record (3+ years) of success in communication, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the education sector
- Experience in the tech industry, particularly in SaaS
- 2+ years of experience with a specialty in educational content and strategy
- Demonstrated ability to distill information from subject matter experts and translate it into training relevant to the target audience
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Odoo CRM) and project management tools is a plus

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
