Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Business Manager / Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your insurance sales experience to train and mentor new agents, while managing and expanding our business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Training and Mentoring : Provide training and guidance to new insurance agents, helping them develop their skills and achieve their sales targets.

Share your expertise and best practices in life and health insurance sales.

Business Management : Oversee daily sales and metrics, ensuring the smooth functioning of business activities. Implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ensure that clients' needs are met with the highest standards of service.

Sales and Marketing : Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients. Utilize our proprietary system to import existing business and cross-sell life insurance and other products to existing clients.

Use of Technology : Employ our advanced automation and AI tools to streamline appointment setting and client follow-ups.

Manage leads from various lead companies, ensuring they are automatically entered into our CRM and receive automated campaigns until they book a calendar appointment.

Requirements :

Insurance Sales Experience : A proven track record in insurance sales is essential. You should have a deep understanding of the insurance industry and the products we offer.

Current life and health license is a plus.

Leadership Skills : Ability to lead and motivate a team of agents. Experience in a mentoring or coaching role is highly desirable.

Technical Proficiency : Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools. Familiarity with automation and AI-driven tools is a plus.

Customer Focused : Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
