Responsibilities

  • Ensure service technicians are dispatched efficiently and customer needs are met promptly
  • Set and schedule technician appointments for jobs
  • Manage call flow from our service platform, coordinate scheduling, and guide field teams throughout the day
  • Enter customer data into the computer
  • Resolve and assist customers by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements

    • Qualifications

    What do you need

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and / or advanced training / education
  • One or more years as a dispatcher / scheduler
  • Ability to work a full-time Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday schedule at the office
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to meet and exceed expectations
  • A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service to customers
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments
  • Demonstrated listening, written / verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of the local geographic territory
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
