AboutYou

You are an A talent! A highlymotivated and experienced individual who will be thrilled to joinour growing team of world class talents as our Growth &Marketing Manager.

In this critical leadership role you will beresponsible for driving our expansion into new market segmentsoverseeing the recruitment training and people management of theGrowth & Marketing team and ensuring consistent quality andefficiency across all new markets.

You are a selfstarter whothrives in a fastpaced environment and has a passion for drivinggrowth and operational excellence.

What you will bedoing :

Develop and execute strategies torecruit assess and train growth & marketing teams in newmarket segments.

Establishand maintain high standards for team performance and client servicethrough regular audits andfeedback.

Implement andoversee systems for tracking team performance and ensuringalignment with companygoals.

Lead the successfullaunch and growth of operations in new marketsegments.

Create anddocument scalable processes for market entry and people managementto support expansion into multiple marketsegments.

Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to streamline processes and improve overallefficiency.

Establish andmaintain strong relationships with industry partners andclients.

Lead the planningpromotion and of webinar events including presentations and leadingmarketing campaigns.

Manageand mentor the growth and marketing team providing guidance andsupport.

YourQualifications :

Proven track record of growing abusiness from startup stage to 50employees.

Bachelors degreein business management or a relatedfield.

Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in business development or market expansion preferablyin a marketing or salesdrivenenvironment.

Extensiveexperience in mergers and acquisitions / businessdeals.

Strong leadership andproject managementskills.

Proven track recordof successfully entering and growing new marketsegments.

Indepth knowledge& solid experience in various marketing tools (SEO CRMContent Social Media Email Data Analytics) and campaigns (paid andbasic ads webinarsevents).

Excellentcommunication presentation and people managementskills.

Ability to developand enforce quality controlstandards.

Strong analyticaland problemsolvingskills.

Experience workingin a fastpaced highgrowthenvironment.

Proficiency inGoogle Suite and other relevant softwareapplications.

OurWorking Hours and Locations :

Flexible Hours We offer a flexible schedule. However we stronglyencourage team collaboration and due to different time zones of ourdistributed team we have a crossover period between 6 : 00pm to9 : 00pm PST Monday throughThursday.

RemoteFirst Company We are a fully remote distributedteam.

Whatwe offer :

This is a fulltime 1099 IndependentContractor role. Please note that we are not looking for gigworkersand this is not for a side hustle.
