As a Project Executive specializing in Data Center Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of data center projects from initiation through to completion.
This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of data center infrastructure, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful outcomes within time and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and direct all phases of data center projects, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
- Act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring consistent and clear communication to understand their needs and expectations, and keeping them updated on project progress.
- Guide and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration toward project goals.
- Create, manage, and monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
- Recognize potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, proactively addressing issues to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement and uphold quality control standards and procedures to ensure all work meets client specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise the procurement process for materials, equipment, and subcontracted services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale data center projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure, including electrical systems, cooling systems, and IT networks.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse project teams.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders..
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
