Salary Range : $123,000 - $159,000 per year (based on qualifications and experience)

Summary : As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Serenity Lane, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our daily operations to ensure the delivery of top-notch services and the attainment of our strategic objectives.

Reporting directly to the President & CEO, you'll collaborate with the executive team to drive our organizational success.

Essential Duties :

  • Provide strategic leadership to optimize operational efficiency across clinical, mental health, outpatient, IT, and EVS teams.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement operational plans aligned with our mission and objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to support operational initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance organizational growth and quality of care.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.

Other Duties :

  • Collaborate on strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Support board communications and presentations.
  • Collaborate with other executives to optimize performance.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :

  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in addiction treatment.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality assurance standards.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and inspire trust.
  • Visionary leadership with a results-oriented mindset.

Education, Experience :

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
  • 5 years of experience in healthcare clinical and facility operations, preferably in addiction treatment.

License / Certification :

Relevant certifications or licensure preferred.

Other Requirements :

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
