Strategic Growth Advisor Role : ELITE Just Badge WorldwidePosition Overview

We're assembling an elite group of Strategic Advisors to help shape the future of technical innovation and talent development. As an Advisor to Just Badge Worldwide (JBW) and our flagship platform ELITE, you'll leverage your network, expertise, and industry influence to accelerate our growth while earning significant equity and commission-based compensation.

Current Stage :

  • JBW : We've just started forming our managing partner team and advisory board. The venture studio is in its formation stage - we have the vision and model designed but are actively building the core team.
  • ELITE : We're actively interviewing tier 1 individuals daily, designing the platform architecture, and raising capital to take it to market.

This is a true ground-floor opportunity to help shape both entities from inception.

About ELITE Just Badge Worldwide

Just Badge Worldwide (JBW) : A venture studio in formation that aims to rapidly develop and deploy portfolio applications with pre-secured distribution channels. We're assembling a diverse team of managing partners and advisors with the ambition to disrupt how technical products are built and brought to market. We're moving fast, but transparently acknowledge we're in the early team-building phase.

What ELITE Actually Is : ELITE is a platform for verifiable AI skills and talent. Think of it as a structured, gamified community where :

  • Technical experts (developers, automation specialists) help non-technical founders build products through video sessions and collaborative sprints
  • These interactions are tracked, verified, and showcased in member profiles as professional credentials
  • Members earn points, badges, and status based on their contributions and expertise
  • The platform facilitates both paid project work and learning opportunities
  • Current Reality : We have the platform architecture designed, initial team members identified, and are raising capital to fully develop and launch. We're not pre-product, but we're pre-launch and pre-revenue.

    Ideal Background Network

    The ideal Strategic Advisor has :

    Enterprise Leadership Experience : Former or current C-suite, VP, or Director at technology companies, consulting firms, or forward-thinking enterprises implementing AI / automation initiatives

    Investor Network Access : Connections to angel investors, seed funds, or venture capital firms interested in AI, future of work, or developer tools

    Technical Talent Community Ties : Relationships with developer communities, coding bootcamps, technical schools, or engineering departments

    Corporate Innovation Exposure : Experience with or connections to corporate innovation labs, digital transformation initiatives, or enterprise technology adoption

    Industry Recognition : Personal brand or thought leadership in areas related to AI, low-code / no-code development, technical talent, or the future of work

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Introductions :

    Connect us with potential enterprise clients seeking AI workforce development

  • Introduce promising technical talent to join the ELITE community
  • Facilitate meetings with potential investors aligned with our vision
  • Connect us with potential distribution partners for venture studio products
  • Business Development Support :

    Help secure initial consulting engagements with companies needing technical guidance

  • Identify organizations that could benefit from our talent marketplace
  • Assist in structuring strategic partnerships that create mutual value
  • Platform Community Development :

    Provide input on ELITE platform features and community structure

  • Help attract founding members with specialized technical expertise
  • Guide our gamification and credential system development
  • Venture Studio Formation :

    Help shape JBW's operating model and portfolio strategy

  • Assist in identifying and recruiting additional managing partners
  • Provide guidance on venture studio best practices and structure
  • Capital Formation :

    Help position both entities for successful fundraising

  • Provide credibility and references for investor conversations
  • Potentially participate in initial funding rounds
