OVERVIEW OF THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT ROLE :
As a Staff Accountant, you'll play a vital role in the daily accounting operations of our firm, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key responsibilities include :
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Staff Accountant will manage accounts payable and receivable functions to maintain cash flow.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closings and reconciling accounts.
- Collaborate with team members on financial reporting and special projects.
- The Staff Accountant will support the preparation of tax filings and audits as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT ROLE :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks experience a plus).
