We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP QA Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a reusable approach to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Test Automation and its associated framework.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our SAP BTP implementations, fostering innovation and excellence within our QA processes.

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement a robust SAP BTP Test Automation framework that promotes reusability and efficiency.
• Coach and mentor team members on the adoption and best practices of SAP BTP Test Automation technologies and techniques.
• Analyze SAP BTP Testing Procedures and Requirements to ensure comprehensive coverage and quality.
• Develop and execute detailed SAP BTP Test Cases, automate tests, and maintain automation scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
• Work closely with development teams in an Agile DevOps environment to integrate testing into the CI / CD pipeline, ensuring seamless quality checks.
• Regularly review and update test cases and strategies to reflect the latest SAP BTP product functionalities and updates.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and quality issues, ensuring they are addressed and resolved promptly.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP BTP testing, providing insights and troubleshooting support to project teams and stakeholders.
• Manage customer relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any quality-related concerns.
• Report on testing status, results, and quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Test Automation, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in SAP BTP or similar cloud platforms.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud platform testing, with a thorough understanding of cloud-based technologies and environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid knowledge of Software Testing methodologies, Programming Languages (preferably Java), and Quality Assurance principles.
• Proficient in using test automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, and familiar with BDD frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Splunk, Dynatrace) and practices, and a proven track record in building and enhancing CI / CD pipelines.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to mentor and lead within a team.
• Strong background in customer relationship management, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction through quality assurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
