We are representing a premier, large general contractor that is looking for a Project Executive in the greater Cleveland, OH area.
Job Requirements :
- BS degree in engineering, construction management or business is strongly preferred. MBA is desired.
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience in preconstruction services and project management directly managing multi-million dollar projects
- Minimum five (5) years of direct people management experience required.
- Commercial construction experience preferred in markets including office, health care, multi-unit residential, higher education, and retail buildings.
- Has a portfolio of completed projects where the candidate can demonstrate previous success in delivering projects on time, within budget, safely, to the highest standards of craft quality, and profitably.
