Position : Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative
Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 5PM EST 10PM to 6AM PH Time
Holiday : US Holidays
Salary Range : $800-1500 / Monthly
ABOUT THE COMPANY
A fencing / construction business
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Answering phone calls from customers to schedule appointments
Coordinate payments
Resolve issues, and answer questions
Communicate with management and outside sales reps on customer inquiries
Logging communication in CRM systems and basic data entry into operational systems
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS :
At least 3 years of experience in the role
Excellent communication skills
Can work back office - administrative tasks
Provide strong customer service
Ability to learn about fencing products and installation procedures, ability to stay calm under pressure or difficult situations
Client can train with the tools
NICE TO HAVE :
Experience in QuickBooks
DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS :
At least 50mbps internet speed
