job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFirst 30 days – Monday through Friday : 7 : 30 am – 4 : 30 pm After 30 days – Monday through Thursday : 11 : 30 am – 10 : 00 pm ( subject to change on company needs) Accountabilities : Streamline warehouse operations by organizing storage areas, implementing clear labeling systems, and optimizing pick / replenishment workflows. Manage inventory using MRP software (Dynamics 365) to monitor stock levels, analyze demand trends, and create timely purchase and work orders. Oversee receiving and inspection of incoming materials, verifying accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards. Collaborate closely with procurement and production teams to ensure material availability, accurate forecasting, and on-time fulfillment. Lead inventory control initiatives, including cycle counts, discrepancy reconciliation, and corrective actions to maintain stock accuracy. Coordinate all shipping and receiving activities, from preparing logistics documentation to scheduling carriers and ensuring on-time delivery Enforced warehouse safety standards and maintained a clean, compliant, and hazard-free work environment. Perform daily forklift inspections and completed safety checklists to ensure operational readiness. Safety First : Proactively inspects, maintains, and removes unsafe tools and equipment from circulation to protect employees and ensure a hazard-free workplace. Have Humanity : Supports team members by quickly fulfilling tool and supply requests, reducing downtime, and creating a collaborative, respectful environment. Maintains accurate inventory records, communicates shortages or repair timelines, and keeps stakeholders informed to build trust. Improves tool tracking, storage systems, and ordering processes by introducing better technology and workflows to minimize production delays. Stays calm and adaptable during urgent requests, shifting priorities to meet production demands despite supply chain challenges. Consistently ensures tools, consumables, and equipment are available, organized, and audit-ready to support seamless daily operations. Persistently addresses recurring tool issues, performs thorough counts and repairs, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly under pressure. High School Diploma or equivalent (required) 1-3 years' experience in a warehouse technician role or a similar position Experience utilizing MRP software to monitor inventory levels and track product demand. Proven experience with generating purchase orders and / or work orders Forklift certification (required) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Advanced proficiency with executing inventory control procedures, conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy.
