Role Overview
We are seeking a SailPoint IIQ Engineer to manage and enhance enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes. This role will focus on lifecycle management, certifications, integrations, compliance, and reporting to support secure and scalable IAM solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes in SailPoint IIQ.
Lead and support access certification campaigns, entitlement remediation, and nested group resolution .
Configure SailPoint connectors for provisioning / de-provisioning.
Develop and maintain IIQ modules (audit, compliance, lifecycle, service accounts).
Design, test, and troubleshoot custom connectors .
Build IAM dashboards / reports and support regulatory audits (FFIEC, PCI, SOC, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
Provide guidance and training on IAM best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable IAM solutions .
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of SailPoint IIQ 8.4 architecture, schema objects, and DB interactions .
Hands-on experience with DB cleanup, archival tasks, performance tuning, and certification optimization .
Ability to troubleshoot JDBC connectivity and application server logs (Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss) .
Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell ) for data analysis / remediation.
4+ years in cybersecurity , including 3+ years implementing SailPoint IIQ .
Familiarity with JavaScript / NetBeans , Mainframe, AIX / Unix, Windows, and Active Directory.
Preferred
Background in financial services .
Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP .
Experience with REST APIs .
