Job Responsibilities :

Work in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, One Note, Excel, etc. to enter and update project data

Update website information for Crown sites as required

InfoLink Software and Communication troubleshooting

Infolink Hardware installation and troubleshooting

Assist with customer calls in our call center

Prepare spreadsheets, reports, power points, etc.

Other IT and customer service related tasks as required, based on experience

Job Qualifications :

Experience working with customers

Excellent communication skills

Experience using Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with wireless troubleshooting and / or SQL is a plus, but not required

Enrolled in a MIS, IT or other technology / business program.
