In this role, you will play a crucial part in consulting with and guiding clients through every step of the home-buying process. Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation : Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, ensuring they receive personalized guidance.
- Lead Engagement : Reach out to pre-qualified leads and nurture relationships.
- Home Showings : Showcase properties that align with clients’ needs and preferences.
- Negotiation : Skillfully negotiate offers and navigate the closing process to secure successful transactions.

Compensation :
$100,000 - $250,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
- Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
- Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
- Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
- Receive qualified leads
Qualifications :
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An established track record of successful real estate sales
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
