• Adults only
• Work alongside three other physicians
• Reason for need : physician replacement
• ASAP-onward
• Multispecialty group location
• Site will be open Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• Outpatient only
• No call
• See 18-21 patients per day
• Last patient is scheduled at 4 : 30p
• Looking for physicians with some post training experience
• Large organization that has multiple locations throughout Los Angeles and Orange County
• EMR : EPIC

• Organization Information :
• Large healthcare organization in Southern California
• Annual base salary of $265,000 plus performance based compensation
• Incentives are based on wRVU productivity, Value-Based Performance, Panel Size, Risk Adjustment Factor)
• If these Performance-Base Compensation adds up to be more than $265,000 youd get the difference - for example, if total $275,000 youd get $10,000 in performance bonus
• 4.5 day work week
