Project Manager – Disaster Restoration & Reconstruction

Location : Scranton, PA

Company : Advanced Disaster Relief, Inc.

Compensation : $65,000 – $85,000 base salary (Total On-Target Earnings : ~$95,000)

The Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee disaster restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish — ensuring safety, quality, and exceptional customer care every step of the way. You’ll coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and on budget, while maintaining clear communication with property owners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in guiding clients through difficult moments with professionalism and empathy.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage fire, water, mold, and storm damage restoration projects from initial inspection through

completion

  • Lead and mentor in-house crews and subcontractors
  • Prepare and manage project estimates, budgets, schedules, and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with property owners, insurance adjusters, and team members
  • Conduct site inspections, verify scopes of work, and proactively resolve challenges
  • Ensure all work meets industry standards and regulatory compliance (IICRC, OSHA, etc.)
  • Participate in our 24 / 7 on-call rotation for emergency response
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing disaster restoration or reconstruction projects
  • Strong knowledge of fire, water, and mold remediation processes and best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with project management and estimating tools (e.g., Xactimate, DASH, Encircle, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to respond to emergency situations as needed
