- Your role :
- You will define and translate keybusiness questions and objectives into actionable analysis plans, conductanalyses and generate actionable insights for the NAM Marketing team.
- You willplay a key role in the strategic planning process by modeling the market sizeand growth. You will support the development insights to support product linestrategic planning activities.
- You will identify and procure market datasources to compliment and supplement available primary data. You will consolidate,synthesize, and analyze data across various sources.
- You will consolidate competitive insightsand develop programs and tools for sales to inform marketing and sales org
- You will monitor, understand, andprioritize market and competitive trends, and drive understanding of how toposition Siemens Healthineers uniquely in the market.
You will develop programsand tools to differentiate product(s) in a way that demonstrates value forcustomers.
You will partner with the global andcountry marketing teams to identify opportunities and develop marketingstrategies and campaigns.
Your expertise :
- Minimum BA / BS degree with experienceworking in business intelligence, data analytics ; MBA or MS preferred
- Ability to lead and effectivelycollaborate across multiple marketing and sales organizations to buildconsensus and achieve business results
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, PowerBI), with ability to draw insights from data and mastery of conceptualizing,visualizing and presenting your findings.
- Ability to synthesize data intoactionable insights and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Minimum 3+ in vitro diagnosticsmarket strongly preferred, with 5+ years of relevant analytics experience required.

The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $164,000 U.S.dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-relatedknowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed.
The annual incentive target is (10%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety ofhealth and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
