Job Description :
- Work as a Registered Nurse in a Medical Surgical specialty.
- Caring for patients with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 : 6.
- Flexibility to float to units of equal or lesser acuity.
- Possibility of block scheduling on a case-by-case basis.
- Adhere to predetermined RTO (Request Time Off) parameters.
- Wear scrubs of any color, avoiding logos.
- Utilize the EPIC documentation system.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 and flu vaccines as applicable.
- Engage with an interactive orientation, completing necessary modules on-site.
- Ensure professional collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams while providing high-quality patient care.
